PRIVACY POLICY

Horizon is made by CAR SOLUTIONS NETWORK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, operating as Car Solutions Network ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you play Horizon on iOS. The game has no account system, stores your game progress locally and uses Google services to provide optional rewarded ads.

We do not ask you to create an account or directly provide your name, email address or phone number. Horizon does not request access to your contacts, photos or precise GPS location. We do not sell your personal information.

Your progress, high scores, unlocked checkpoints, tutorial status, language and game settings are saved on your device. We do not upload this save data to our own servers. You can remove it by deleting Horizon from your device.

Horizon uses Google Mobile Ads to offer an optional rewarded video after a run. If you choose to watch it and earn the reward, you can continue the current expedition once. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Depending on your region, device settings and privacy choices, Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), device identifiers, ads shown to you, app and ad interactions, and crash, performance or other diagnostic data. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, prevent fraud and maintain the service.

Horizon uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and remember privacy choices where required. When privacy options are required in your region, you can reopen them from inside the game. You can also manage advertising and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.

Data processed by Google is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. Google also publishes an App Store data disclosure guide for its Mobile Ads SDK. Apple separately processes App Store and device data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Horizon is not directed to children below the minimum digital consent age in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an external service used by Horizon, contact us so we can review the request with the relevant provider.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data. Local game data can be deleted by removing the app. For advertising data and consent choices, use the in-game privacy options or your iOS privacy settings. You can also contact us for help.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
